We have two Level 2 Training Courses for Catering and food allergy for manufacturing and Retail. The solution to help you reduce risks, prepare for audits and meet food safety regulations is food safety training for your staff. Each of the courses follow the National Syllabus for Food Safety and Hygiene, along with EU Regulations. The courses contain the same ‘core syllabus’ which is then expanded upon by tailoring the courses to specific sectors. Each successful candidate will receive a RSPH Approved Food Hygiene Certificate to prove they have been trained in Food Safety, those who are unsuccessful will receive unlimited free resits.
